I am Robert Sheehan, Scott’s father. You sent this survey to me, just like the text and a phone call the day before the service reminding him of the service time. I told the lady calling I don’t have the truck nor am I dealing with the service. I was going to give her his number but she had it and recited it to me. On the day of the service (yesterday) Scott checked in and gave them his address and phone number to make sure it was corrected. The truck apparently was done in a timely manner but he waited 4hrs because you texted me instead, just like you texted me now for this survey. What does it take to get this corrected? It’s my son’s truck!!!!

My appointment was scheduled five weeks in advance and when I made the appointment I asked if I would have a comparable sized car because of my cleaning business and they said yes. There were no vehicles available I waited an hour for enterprise to pick me up to take me to get a rental car and another 2 1/2 hours to finally get a vehicle. When I finally got a car it was a convertible Mustang which clearly is not comparable to a Rav4. Which would have caused me to pay out of pocket for an upgrade. When I picked my Vehicle up it was on empty and the gas light was on I know I dropped it off with a quarter of a tank. Mostly upset that nobody notified me of the wait and Unavailability of cars. Also that my vehicle would be taken somewhere else to have the work done.

To get the Llumar installed took a tea long time to get complete over a month after owning it due to no availability. Also we had purchased the dent protection for the car and was told that all repairs would be complete at the dealership only to find out that we have to contact a third party. So just another failure by Roman from financial services and JD the sales manager during negotiations. Overall the service provid, Llumar addition was excellent, but disappointed for being taken advantage of during the buying process.

Chris was finally able to take care of problems that I’ve been trying to have addressed for approximately 2 years now. It was nice to feel like a service advisor actually listened to what I had to say and treated me like an adult instead of a child. I fully intend to come see Chris, and only Chris, from now on for my service and maintenance needs for the foreseeable future.

Valet was horrible. I gave them my paperwork to retrieve me car it took them about 20 minutes to bring it up. Although it was a busy day all the people in front of me got arced and four people behind me got their cars. It was not until I complained to valet that they lost my keys. The woman at the desk blamed it on the guys bringing the vehicles while it was clearly the respinsibility of the woman documenting the vehicles and giving the keys to the guys.
