Service writer didn’t ask me if I had purchased my tires from you before he quoted an estimate which would have charged me for the tire rotation instead of free. There seems to be a high turnover of personnel at your facility, I don’t recall seeing the same service writer twice.
I questioned your associate In parts, another new face, about the possibility of upgrading my radio to include Apple CarPlay and he advised me I would have to check with service. Your service writer stated my vehicle was too old and could not be updated. Neither one of them even considered suggesting they could order a new radio with the features I wanted and they would install it for me.
I was greeted by no less than 5 salesman while waiting to have my vehicle serviced. One of your salesman offered to give me a price on my vehicle; however, he refused to give me a price for my used vehicle unless I was willing to talk about purchasing a new vehicle.

I wish Derek had gone over the items on the multi-point inspection. He told me everything I needed to have done except for the cabin filter and that's the one thing that I would have liked to have done right there right then. Not his fault as he was going over the dark gray sections and this was in the middle the sections but that's the one thing I would have paid extra for. He was efficient but also disinterested. I don't know what the air filter was, but I could have afforded that.
