Kyle gave me very thorough details in the paperwork following my multi-point inspection, even listing the specific measurements on my tires and brakes. He went over the paperwork with me and was very straightforward. He also provided me information on my future plans for a toyotacare service plan when I go to finance the car. Almost all of these things had never been done with my previous service visits until Kyle. I will be specifically requesting to work with Kyle for my future visits because of how stellar his service was.
