Mike was great, however when my car was dropped off by vallet I was told my battery died and had to be jumped start. My car was shaking vigorously and was told to just drive it for 30-40 min and it would be fine. Mind you I have a 3 year old with me and as I’m driving my car stalled multiple times. No check engine light came in so I assumed this was normal and continued to drive. After 40 min of experiencing shaking and stalling all I cared about was getting my baby home safe. I would have expected to be treated better then this by the staff as they were aware that my car was not 100 percent when it was returned to me.
