Kyle could have took me to the cleaners when I asked for brakes but knew that it was highly unlikely my cars issues were brakes. I got tires instead and the car has a lot more control and is better able to stop. Kyle told it like it was and I appreciate it.

I learned after driving 30 minutes to the dealership and waiting 90 minutes, that the oil seeping from the rear differential on my 2 year old vehicle with only 11k miles on it is considered normal and that my warranty claim to repair it would not be paid by Toyota. I have a 2003 Highlander and a 2008 RAV4 in my driveway and have never seen this type of oil seepage. Does not seem right and does not sit well with me. For the first time in all my years of Toyota ownership, I am dissatisfied, and moreover, disappointed.
