One issue: there are no more car wash services because of “covid”. And there is nothing different in a car wash then having a service team member drive my vehicle off for service and another person servicing that vehicle. It is clearly an excuse to remove a service that doesn’t produce revenue. It would be better to simply be honest about removing a service just because you no longer wish to offer it than to use a transparent excuse and insult people’s intelligence. I also have a BMW and Roseville BMW has no problem with car washes and covid. CA has also removed Covid restrictions. This is my only issue. The rest was great. No need to call me about this.
