I stopped in right before the service department was closing down (after picking my car up the day before for a new alternator) and Kyle was very helpful and had excellent customer service! I never got to talk to the service manager but I left a message when no one answered on my way in and he and Kyle spoke the next day and assured my car was being taken care of. Thank you Kyle and Roseville service manager! This reassured me why I am a loyal Toyota Roseville customer!
