I called at 4:30pm the day my car was ready and informed Paul that I was stuck in traffic because of an accident but would be able to arrive at 6:10pm. I asked to please leave the keys with someone so I could pick up the car because I desperately needed it! I went ahead and paid over the phone but was denied the option. The next morning I arrived at 7 am to pick up the car and the valet was not yet set up to help me at 7:15 even though they told me I could get the car at 7 sharp. I think Roseville Toyota could have been more accommodating to my one time need.
