This person was new at the job. I wasn't quite sure if he was telling us the right information because he had to ask his coworker for the answers to some of our questions that we asked.

Just one comment. A young man named Walter inquired about my interest in receiving an offer on my Toyota Sienna. I agreed and he indicated he would perform an appraisal. He asked me to complete information on a form, which I agreed to do. Later, he informed me he had two appointments and would be unable to perform the appraisal after all. He suggested I see Meredith who would be able to complete such an appraisal and make an offer. I just dropped the issue. However Meredith mentioned Walter had mentioned the situation, but she was not really trained to complete such an appraisal.

Paul was great, communicated well and was very polite. I later falsely accused his team of taking gas out of my tank when changing the fuel pump and not refilling it. Later to find out my wife took my car out of town and that's were the gas went. Shout out to paul for being very cool about it even though he knew he was right!
