Not all the work was done that I was told would be. I had to explain the problems multiple times to the same person. I asked about having new brakes installed since they were faulty, and were going to be removed to do the repair. I was told brake rotor would be resurfaced and it was not. I asked about the brakes, the service rep said I refused repair, and that I could pay more for brake repair if I wanted. The hub seal and brakes were why I brought it in. We even discussed doing both sides. I asked multiple times if gear oil was checked and topped off to replace what leaked out of axle seal into brake drum. I still have received an answer. I was charged for parts that were not installed. They said my battery tie down was in good shape on the inspection. It was broken before I took it in. This makes me question the integrity of the rest of the inspection. They did try to sell me tires and shocks/struts. I drove home with the same brake vibrations as I drove home with, even though the tech said it was road tested and was “ok at this time.” Pretty sure I won’t be returning to Roseville Toyota for any service in the future.

When I took my car to do the service, they returned it to me or the fuel cap failed, I returned and they fixed it then it continued to fail, it had not failed until you manipulated it, I returned and when they were going to check it again, say that if it was that, no They would charge me and they charged me that is not honest. I always take my car with you.????

Well no one explain to me exactly what was done to my car the paper work when finished was just hand it to me and I was sent on my way it would’ve been nice if someone would have explained exactly what was done just because I think that’s common courtesy instead of just giving you a receipt of what happened and we just reading and assuming I know everything that was done. Other than that I’m satisfied with the service.
