Gabriel was very good polite and informative. The only thing is why do I have to wait two and a half hours to get an oil change that's ridiculous even though I had an appointment

The service was completed in the time frame that was given to me very happy with the service. Just a side note if any one is interested my fj was also due for a Smog but your price was to much so after you where finished with the service I drove straight to the smog shop and they did it for $52 and was completed in 15 minutes

First off, Paul is fantastic. The tech who worked on it broke a connector on my vehicle and they gave it back to me that way without mentioning it. I brought it up and they came up with a temporary fix because I had to go but ultimately I am going to need the cable replaced and rerouted back through the dash. They also got back in my vehicle covered in grease to quickly solve the issue. I am not super upset and understand they are busy but you have to work with care in mind. I will reach out to Paul next week to dicuss. Thanks!
