Staff has to be more honest with the clients they did a awful job on my RAV4 after they fix it from a dent.
when I just took it for regular service someone in the department hit my car no body told me what happened until I got home and I saw it. So I called and they said yes it happen here will fix it , and yes they did but they did a horrible job iam not truest any more in this please ????

Mike Webster provided me with good service but I am surprised that no one at the dealership can help me use parking assist. I went to CSI twice, they told me to ask service, service sent me to them. This finger pointing has only made me frustrated over Roseville Toyota in general. Til now I still do not know how to use parking assist

The service tech assigned to me only told me that the system was not working after the stated wait time was over. I waited 1 hr 45 minutes only to be told that I have to wait another 45 minutes. Also in the 13 years that I have been coming to Roseville Toyota this was the first time they scattered the contents of my glove compartment. Not happy about that.
