I was surprised after purchasing two new tires and explaining why I was buying them in the first place that when it came time to pay I was informed that the previous Toyota dealership failed to replace one of the original valve stem caps On one of the two new tires replaced prior to my Roseville visit. He said the put one on, to my surprise it was not the silver cap but a black one. I know there was probably a silver cap floating around and if not I would have purchased one to keep the integrity of the car in place. Why did this happen? I came to your dealership from Santa Monica because I trust your service. This was a sad surprise????

Even though I made and appointment, I was still there over 3 hours just to rotate my tires and top off fluids. I was supposedly in the express VIP lane since I have a 2021 vehicle but it still took 3 hours or more

I had an appointment, yet I was told it would be about a 2-hour wait. This turned into 3 hours and 45 minutes! I had to ask Gabriel for an update, and at first he seemed to dodge the question by instead telling me I could get a Lyft home. At checkout, I asked to schedule my next service; he asked what it was for and I told him my service for my extended service package. He then told me he didn't want to schedule it and I could call back later! How rude! I'm usually in and out and treated well during my appointments; this time I was just glad I got a free coffee since I spent the whole morning there. Suffice it to say, I am not looking forward to my next visit.
