My vehicle was ready and no one contacted me. I had to go back to the service advisor and ask then he realized it was done. Wasted about 45 minutes of my time by not checking on the status of my vehicle.

I never had a scheduled appointment to have my rubber strip on my passenger side car roof for my 2018 Toyota CHR. Mike Webster’s support was outstanding! You should be proud to have him on your team! However whoever the mechanic was that worked on my car did not even bother to use protective covering on the floor of my vehicle. There is oil and grunge all over my driver floor mat and along the bottom of the front door frame. I was surprised to see this. This kind of negligence has never occurred before in the history of my experience with this dealership. Thank you for asking.
