Your service advisor Kyle Lyman was very attentive, very polite and solicitouous. He promised to call us to give us the total quotations for the services we were asking for. He was prompt and true to his promise to call for the quotations. We are satisfied with the 40,000 mile service and the oil change, cleaning and oil additive. Service took much longer than originally planned by 3 days or so with several miscommunication and phone tags between Toyota and AAA. The AC leak as well as the bumper were fixed but the hood shows some misalignment and not completely leveled.
