Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. His customer service skills were top notch. I was also very impressed with Mr. Ortiz. I had some problems go wrong with fixing my roof rack during installation, but together they made my experience very positive, and they have solidified that I will continue to go to Roseville Toyota for continued oil changes and services on my vehicle, despite my 2 year free services coming to an end. I even met with employees regarding purchasing new tires and wheels. I’d also like to recognize and older gentleman who works in the service area and holds the tablet. He is always very respectful and makes me feel like he truly cares about me. Very good experience all around, and these employees deserve to be recognized.

No one went over what service actually did with the car. I had to go ask if my car was done….then the text came through after I asked. Waited 2 hours for car to be done… then 30 more minutes for car to be found and brought up to front.
