I took my toyota rav4 2011 to the Roseville Toyota Service Center to change transmission fluid. After, when I took toyota back home and checked the transmission fluid, I found out that transmission fluid wasn't changed. It was still black and used, and had a burned smell of an old fluid. Toyota's ATF WS has a bright pink color, not blackish brown color that smells burned. I am really upset, and now I need to go to them again, waste my time, and ask them to change ATF. Honestly I want a refund, and an apology because now I cannot trust them to service my car. I could not believe that Toyota Dealership Service can be a fraud.
