Rachel was great and very helpful. She helped me understand everything and was there to answer all my questions.
The gentleman who helped me with the tires was incredible. I can’t thank him enough. He was patient with me, really explained the options. I didn’t feel pressured into making any decisions and he gave me great advice about holding on to the old tires and having spares or selling them to a shop. Can’t thank him enough.
My only suggestions would be to show the tint options before making my selection. I’m happy with the work but didn’t realize how dark they would be.

Alex was great! However the male porter wearing black and red shirt who took my information because the female wearing black sunglasses didn’t get it correctly and refused to take her sunglasses off to get my mileage on my car were both rude and the most disrespectful porters I have ever dealt with. The male porter rolled his eyes at me because I was at my own pace and wouldn’t do what he wanted me to do. He was rude to me I was rude back. I reported it to Alex he apologized. Which it’s not Alex’s fault. I did notice the male porter was rude to another customer who driving a Cadillac rental she advised that she had the general managers number on speed dial. I advised her that he was also rude to me and she was very upset.

I asked service advisor to check tier for screw
Texh over looked it and didn’t check it
At the end service advisor looked at it and said not repairable. Very disappointing since i took it somewhere else and was able to fix it(3 different places offered to fix it)
Service advisor recommended new one $180
