After bringing my car to be repaired, I get a phone call 15 minutes later to inform me my car has been in a wreck. I come back to find my front bumper knocked off my car. What was going to take 3 hours to fix now ends up being 7 days. To make me feel better about now having a car that has been crashed l asked about a complimentary oil change when paying my bill. I was giving the old I have to have my manager approve it but he’s in a meeting, I’ll let you know later what he says. I knew as soon as I paid the bill l would never hear from a manager or anyone, must be a very long meeting
