I really miss your shuttle service. Let me tell you what happened when my car was serviced. The service was a factory recall & scheduled to take 4-6 hours. I requested a ride to my sister’s house in Roseville. I live in Lincoln about 10 miles from the dealership. So the service writer called an Uber to deliver me to my sister’s house. After 41/2 hours she called to notify me my car was ready & stated she would schedule a Lyft ride to pick me up. I waited outside my sister’s gated community for the Lyft, but it never showed. I called Austin and she said the Lyft driver canceled the pickup. Said she would call again. This time she used an Uber and she sent the driver to my home address in Lincoln. I waited again for the driver but no show. I called Austin again and she realized she had sent the driver to the wrong address. Again she requested a Uber and I eventually got to the dealership after nearly an hour after her initial call to notify me my car was ready. And I had trouble with dropped calls as I was in a hilly area. It was a most exhausting and unsatisfactory experience!! I really miss your shuttle!!!
