I have to cancel my first apt due to unable to drop off the car and I call on Tuesday or Wednesday, I can’t remember. I ask to get a call back, to confirm if I can drop off my car on Thursday at 9:30am but I never did. Thursday morning I call and no one answer, around 10am I got a call from service asking if I’m still dropping off my car? I was confuse and I explain that I didn’t know I had a apt at 9:30am that day. She stated that if I can get my car there by 11am than they can still take me in. I took off from work to rush to Toyota, unbelievable because I have to rush there and it’s wasn’t my fault for not inform about the apt At 9:30am. On my way there I got another call that I have until the end of the day to drop it off, will great !! I already took off work so I went ahead n drop it off. After I got the car back, I thought the lluner whatever it’s call was a clear coat that goes to my whole car but it’s only goes to some part only. Disappointed. I guess I wasn’t giving the right information about the lluner coat. Not worth being charge extra on top of the cost of my car.

2nd time having service for my 14 Prius was eye opening experience using your customer waiting facilities…free coffee, comfortable couch, and minimal noise so I could read my book. Also service including installing 2 new tires only took 1 1/2 hours.

Service writer did not provide adequate information regarding service of an a/c issue. Additionally, the cost for the repair was almost double of another local repair shop. Extremely dissatisfied with Roseville Toyota and I have been a customer for many years. Derek did not really have a commitment to customer service.

Advised I needed my battery cables cleaned for $29.95 which I authorized.
When I checked out Rep. told me “good news” it was not your car that needed the cables cleaned.
When I drove home I noticed the sticker indicating what mileage to bring car back for oil change stated 2/21/22 and mileage 14095. My car mileage was 29,095 when I brought it in n for service.
Not happy my car seemed to be confused with another car!!

I came for a scheduled service with oil change and fluids check.
The oil change wasn’t done, yes I drove a few miles since the last service but my lease pays for the oil change.
You reps owe it to the customer to explain these things knowing that I asked if everything was done and she replied yes. I looked at the order detail at home and was not happy. Roseville Toyota owes a free oil change right now.

Excellent customer service by Austin. She was spot on with estimate regarding time to complete
However, I was constantly bothered by sales representatives asking me if I need anything. When I told them I was having a car serviced, they would then ask make, year and reason. It really irritated me that I was hit up about four times during my wait. I observed their aggressive tactics on other customers. When other customers stated they have an older car being serviced, these sales folks had the same line about trading in their car
Frankly, I became rude after the third sales person hit me up with the same lines. All I wanted to do was read and relax while awaiting my car to be serviced
If this happens again, I will stop going to your dealership
