My catalytic converter was stolen and needed quick replacement. My insurance called and had all the paperwork forwarded with payment. Roseville Toyota made the already awful experience into something manageable, had everything fixed and working in a couple of days. Thank You Roseville Toyota

Kyle was amazing! The service center was understaffed yesterday and I had another engagement to get to in the evening which I would be late for if I waited for my vehicle- he made sure to offer shuttle service or appointment reschedule to ensure that I got where I needed to be.I ended up just having a relative pick me up because I live further than the 12 mile shuttle radius, when I came back to pick up my car today I didn’t even have to tell him who I was. I actually live closer to the yuba city location but I prefer the customer service at Roseville so I always make the drive out! Excellent service in parts as well. I had my door dinged recently and the gentleman in parts made sure to help me find the best product yo get paint transfer off AND explained what I needed to do.

I asked to get an express oil change after seeing that there were only a couple of cars and speaking to the tech in the express service bay. Instead, my vehicle was serviced in the main shop causing an extended wait period of over 2 hours. I wasn't informed that was where my vehicle was going to be worked on and to expect a longer wait time.

Took longer than expected. For something as simple as a service check on a car with only about 5000, total time took 2 hours vs the estimated 45 min we were told. Luckily, I did have plans so I was able to kill an hour of the 2 hours. Granted the dealership did look busy.
