Very Very mad and disappointed! I paid $200 extra just to bring back my car towed to your service department for the job they originally worked on failed. Just today, when my daughter picked up the car, fresh from your service department, the squeaking problem re-occurred? To me you have a mechanic/technician that is not qualified to do the job properly.

The service was great. There was no covid spacing in the waiting room lounge so I tried to sit in the cafe area to wait from my car. 6 or 8 sales people approached me multiple times to talk about me buying a new car. New cars are too expensive, I can't buy a new car. The tension is so high on the sales floor you can cut it with a knife. Maybe we should talk about the screaming maniac Frank in the sales manager's office. Buying a new car should be a pleasant experience. This doesn't happen because your salespersons are panicked and desperate. Is this the dealership "Car Dogs" was filmed at? Bob Edwards
