Austin M. Wrighton has the biggest smile and was quick to answering my question and helping me with my routine maintenance services. When it was time to pay, she surprised me with an added coupon discount which saved me few cash for a car wash. She didn't have to do that but she did it, which made my day! Definitely demonstrated an excellence in serving her customers.

I ask if I could get my car washed and was told that we don't it any more because of the drought and the Covid. The young lady valet went to get my car and brought it back to me all washed. She told me that the reason that she did it was because she saw that I was a retired Veteran and had handicapped plates on my car. She went above and beyond the call of duty.

Michael Webster was very helpful and I appreciated his assistance. I thought my car needed to have the tires rotated and the oil changed as Roseville Toyota sent me messages. Well I only had 2000 miles on my new tires so no rotation needed. The oil had been changed 2000 miles ago, too! Why did I receive these messages that led me to believe I needed service. Well, I did get the oil changed and the 100 pt. check up because I asked Michael to schedule. It was really a waste of my money thanks to Toyota’s messages. This was my last service at Roseville Toyota as we are moving in a week or so to Southern California. Hope I don’t get useless messages. I thank Michael for all of his help!!!!
