Everything worked like a precision clock. Every handoff was well coordinated and every staff member had a great attitude from the time we arrived to the time our vehicle was completed. My comment to the person at the valet station was that employees do not treat customers any better than they are treated by their managers and owners. I said I hope they treat you as well as you treat us. Her reply was that we have great management. So congratulations I’m running a great ship and business.
