The service appointment was to replace sunroof parts that failed. When I picked my vehicle up the headliner, sunroof shade, and all interior trim connected to the headliner were covered in greasy finger prints. My service writer, Coner, said he will call me to schedule an appointment to have one of your detail people attempt to clean it. I am nervous about letting your people attempt it, because I feel there is a high likelihood they will make it worse. We will see, but if it is not perfectly cleaned, and restored to its original condition, we will have to discuss replacing the headliner and trim parts.
