I had to return because during my last servicing, it appeared that none of my fluids were topped off,nor tires adjusted. I know this because I had to add my own windshield fluid and my coolant level was at the low line immediately after servicing. I found out that some of the previous reps and techs are now “gone” — no surprise there. Anyway, Kyle listened to my issues, looked up my records, made notes and took my car right away (without an appointment) and ensured that all fluids were checked and topped off, if necessary and tires properly adjusted. Great job Kyle! He restored my faith in Roseville Toyota service dept.
