The floor mats were not reinstalled.
When I purchased the car, I was promised a loaner for the CilaJet application. Instead I had to rent a car, a process that took half an hour ( more time than it takes in a rental car agency).
The CilaJet application looks good.

Charged me 350 dollars to re-charge my AC in a two year old car. Then Steve tells me I need to come back in 1k miles to see if AC is leaking and then he will find out if it’s covered under warranty. Never informed me if I’m going to get that 350 back since the problem would be covered under warranty. Steve to me was sarcastically, overly nice. Condescending almost I did not enjoy him. When I bought the vehicle I told the salesman that I wanted a warranty that covered Avery thing. He said you got it and charged me extra for it. No one told me there are things that it does not cover. Pretty dirty in my opinion and I will not be buying my new vehicle at this Toyota
