Molly was fantastic! I called prior to the appointment to make sure that the replacement of a trim piece was added to my repair. I was assured that it had been. When I arrived I had been scheduled fir express service and not the replacement. It was unclear if the part was even available. Since I drove from Truckee, I wasn’t happy. Molly found the part, had the repair done an hour early, kept me updated and was cheerful the entire time. She was so helpful and you have a great team backing her to create an excellent customer experience. That’s why I continue to make the 90 minute drive to your service department!
