Roseville Toyota had my new Tundra for 5 days. I’m very disappointed that Barbara was only able to complete about 1/3 of the work called out on the Due Bills. Barbara told me she did not realize that the due bill was two pages. She also slow the process waiting for the loan to process even though there was no loan. I really believe she dropped the ball on my purchase. That being said, Robert Firth in the internet sales department has been excellent. He is an excellent communicator and follows through with everything he promised.

Service was great, but when I’m waiting for my car to be serviced I really don’t want to be bothered about buying a new car. If I wanted a new car I would be out looking at the cars. This is the second time this has happened. I have other trusted mechanic facilities I could take my car to, but chose to return to Toyota since that is where I purchased my car. Thank you.

From the moment I pulled up every employee that was working in the service area greeted me with a friendly smile! I arrived during one of the busier parts of the day but still only had to wait less then a minute before someone was helping me get checked in. From there I was introduced to a great service advisor named Samuel. He reviewed everything in detail about the 20k service I was there for which I can’t say about some other dealerships I’ve dealt with. After I was checked in I made my way over to a desk in the business area where it was nice a quiet so I could get some work done while I waited. The estimated time was 1-1.5 hours and it was pretty spot on. I’m gladly going to bring all my service needs here in the future. Keep up the great work!

Unsatisfied with the value I get out of an oil change. At $96 I would expect more details of the inspections or work done that sets you apart from a "15 minute oil change" facility. I started coming to you for service and an oil change was $72. That was steep, but though you would be able to add value by lubricating the chassis or inspecting my fluid, etc. When checking out with the service advisor I get a quote for items that were already discussed on the phone but no details about the vehicle inspection. Think this is the last time I trust Roseville Toyota with the service of my vehicle.
