Brought my vehicle on Thursday 08/12 tire needed to be changed. When i leased my camry I purchased tire protection program. Per Michael i had a choice of either get spare tire wait for authorization and come back following day for new tire change, or pay full price get tire change once authorization back (which he said should be following day) get reimbursed. Today is Tuesday 08/17 have not heard anything from Michael, left couple of massages.

I took my car in again this morning after having it serviced on last week because when I left the service department last week I heard a clicking noise by the drivers side front tire and today when I took it in they said that it was a rock in the tire tread and that's why it was making noise but they were wrong it still makes that noise. I'm not happy because after doing service on it last week right when I left the service department I heard the noise so it had to have been from the service that was done. Whatever it is making noise is not my fault it's whatever they did and after coming today to resolve this matter and being told that it was fixed it still made noise. I need this fixed asap or I will change my Google review from 5 stars to 2 stars. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
