I brought my car in for a low tire pressure issue. The tire light was on. The tech scheduled a 5000 mile service which I had already done a month prior. When he told me about the service he did not address the tire issue. Today only a few days later the tire light is on again so obviously they did not address my tire issue at all. I have been taking my cars to this dealership for a very long time and am not pleased at all about my current experience.

Austin was terrific, and I really appreciated her hard work. She was great. My satisfaction overall is low because of the dealership experience. I visited your dealership 3 times, of which I was aggressively approached my NUMEROUS salespeople asking if I needed their help. It was like swimming through a sea of Piranha. I was even approached by a kid partially wearing a mask while I was sitting in the coffee lounge telling me, “what would you say if I told you your trade-in value was 25% greater than the blue book….etc”. He had no shame, moving from patron to patron. This experience really lowered my overall experience, so much that I will do all future business at Folsom Toyota, where I never once experienced this. Perhaps you should have fewer commissioned salespeople?
Anyway, Austin was great. Kudos to her, but sadly your dealership was not. You probably don’t care about 1 customer, but sadly I will not be returning.
