The gentleman who assisted me was very kind. However, when my car was returned, my papers that where in the front passenger seat were thrown in the back seat along with my water bottle and lunch bag. If I would have known that I couldn’t have objects in the front passenger seat, I would have moved them myself. Instead water was spilt on my seat and my papers were thrown everywhere.

That was really poor experience ????I really not happy because I Mr Paul that how long that gonna take because I only have 2 hours then I am going to pick up my kids from school. If it is taking longer then 2 hours I am not staying. He said no its only taking 2 hours. But it took 3 20 minutes for no reason I came to him 3 times and his answer was that 10 more minutes and 10 more minutes which doesn't make any sense. I have alot of things to say. My kids were waiting at school for 1 35 minutes at school because of his poor experience.
