Kyle and Brian and the staff in the Service area you drive into, were competent as usual for Toyota Service staff and very nice people as well. I received good info about tires to add to what I’d thought I already knew about, from Terry and Brian. It helped me decide getting new tires now. Plus, the new ride nicer than the old, for low profile tires on 20” tires. It was so worth while a purchase. Thanks for yet again, a great experience in Service!! (Good Mochas in the food/coffee area, too!

I had an appointment with Cory, but was assigned to Kyle instead for some reason, which was fine; although I do prefer working with Cory. Kyle was busy when I checked in, but did check me out and was pleasant yo work with. The thing I was dissatisfied with was that the person who checked me in, since Kyle was busy, was trying to upsell me for 150K service for around $700-800 when I was only at 145K miles. I told him that I scheduled my car for an oil change and tire rotation and he told me that my service was going to be around $150. I was shocked and told him that I usually pay around $80 for those services. He said that I could do that, but I was basically getting the bare minimum. I really did no appreciate his behavior and how I was put into a pressured sales environment. I have used your Service Center for 15+ years and bought my last car at your dealership. I hope this is not happening due to a change in your organization.

My car was on the shop the o tire day.
When I picked up my car, problem was still there. It was not fixed and o have to go back on Monday. Again dealing with the hassle of not having a car the entire day.

I was never contacted about my vehicle and was left waiting for around 90 minutes. I did not see Elmer in his office so I asked the cashier if my car was finished and he said yes. He went over the service and I signed the documents and made a comment that I was never contacted about the “bulb” on my headlight. The paperwork said I refused to have it fixed which is not true.
I then went to retrieve my car after paying for the service. I then saw Elmer and went to speak with him. He said he tried to call me but it went to voice mail. Why he did not use the system that notifies people over the loud speaker I do not know! After I left his cubicle he sent me a text saying that my car was now ready as I drove away. This treatment is unacceptable especially for such a simple oil change etc.
