Mr. Webster was very professional, courteous and informative regarding the service needing to be provided to our vehicle. We’ve been loyal Toyota service customers since purchasing our vehicle in 2007. I was particularly impressed that he reviewed the vehicle’s service history from Elk Grove Toyota where we previously serviced our vehicle. He helped to encourage our transition from the previous Toyota service department to this new location for us in Roseville. Definitely helped to put our minds at ease regarding the switch in locations.

I didn’t appreciate that the pre inspection of the exterior of my RAV included the indication of damage my vehicle didn’t have. I suppose to cover your dealership in case some damage did occur! Tacky! And dishonest! Your looking out for you and not me. This a loud indication of your business model.
