Steve was awesome! The car rental team was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. However the mechanic did a horrible repair and I almost ruined my engine! I had to bring my car back after having to pay for towing and uber! Hence the mechanic was suspended for 5 days due to s faulty repair! I have to bring my car back in 1000 miles to make sure it’s not ruined

I took my vehicle for service on 8/19/2021 at 8:10 am with Elmer. Before leaving Elmer's desk, I requested for him to contact me at my personal cell directly and to change any other communication to my cell. While having to wait for 4 hours before I reached out to the valet if my car was ready, my car had been sitting there for who knows how many hours long. Time was passing so quickly and it already took a whole day when I can be doing something productive rather than waiting for Elmer to call me or text me. I reached out to my husband at work around noon if he got anything from Roseville Toyota and all the communications were by text to his number instead. Service was completed around 9:15 am. I was very dissatisfied with this service by far. I will not recommend Elmer as advisor. He just doesn't seem to be on top of his communication and wasted my whole 3 hours waiting for nothing. In the past other advisors made the effort to call me when my car service is completed. This visit, Elmer called me at 6:30 pm to let me know my car was ready when I had already left at noon while he was with another customer.

When my wife took our vehicle in and used one of our pre-paid services (because the service light was on), the only service offered to her was tire rotation. When she went back and asked that the oil also be changed because we'd already put 5,000 miles on, the sales person told her no. He said it was too late bc the order had already been put in. This is unacceptable. The oil change should have been automatic, or at least offered. Telling a customer "Sorry, to late" is below the standard we were sold on. At this point, we will probably finish using our pre-paid services and then find a more fair-minded service center to use in the future. Very disappointing.

I was initially sent to the wrong person who took a while to get to his desk, so I waited patiently. He finally arrived and said he didn't k ow I was waiting and said I was with the wrong person. He helped me anyway and was provided excellent service quick and fast. I picked up my vehicle with the right person Chris, who was quick and fast to get my vehicle processed which I liked. No complaints, but this was my experience during my service.
