I came in having explained in detail my brake issue with Conner, who was not there today. Kyle, who knew nothing of the problem asked detail-oriented questions to better understand the problem as well as narrow down the likely causes, so that the technician would not waste his time. He was respectful of my request to hand-tighten my lug nuts and shared my reason why on the work ticket. He quoted a fair price which was close to the final price and got me out by the early afternoon, as promised.

Chris Martinez was great. Most of the valets and “reception committee” were, however, in need of refresher customer service courses…little to no eye contact, no smiles, no real hustle. Low energy with an obvious dissatisfaction of their jobs, and disdain for the customers, which was a bit depressing.
