My previous service the technician who rotated my tires lost my security wheel lock key.. I just had to go out and spend 89.00 to buy a security lug nut removal device that I don’t know will work, as of right now, if I got a flat, I would be stranded, I only discovered this when I brought the car in for service on 8/24/2021
I might wind up taking the car to another dealer or shop, my free services have ended.. going through hard times financially this was the last thing I needed added expense to remove security lug nuts

I have now come in twice in six months because of an issue with this car. And now You guys didn’t take me at my word and said we hit something to cause my car to have every warning light come on. I hate to be called a liar and that is essentially what your team called me, TWICE. The whole purchase experience to now being threatened to void my warranty because of a defective vehicle you guys sold me is utterly disgusting. I will never trust Roseville Toyota again.

I came to Roseville Toyota to buy an antenna for my Sienna. When I asked the cashier if someone was available to install it, he came out from behind the desk and headed to my car. He discovered a portion of the old antenna was stuck inside so he introduced me to Derek. Although I had no appointment, Derek got someone in the Service Department to begin working on the car. I was even given directions to get a free drink and snack in the cafe! Although I ended up paying more money than anticipated today, I almost didn’t mind because everyone was so professional and courteous! I couldn’t believe how Derek got the issue resolved without an appointment and didn’t charge extra! I look forward to doing more business with this Toyota dealership.
