I came in to get my Tacoma serviced for a recall part that I needed to get my car registered. The dealership did an “inspection” and told me that the part I needed would have to be ordered and it could take a week or two. When I picked up my car from the valet, it wouldn’t start right away but eventually started. The next day my battery was dead and I had to buy a new battery. On the paperwork I got it said my battery was inspected and passed. This was clearly not done. I then waited a month and a half to hear back from Paul. I called the dealer only to find that my part had been sent back and no one called me so it would need to be ordered again. So I had to wait even longer and paid late fees to the dmv because I couldn’t get it serviced in time. I also had to go back to get the certificate of repair because he didn’t give it to me the first time.
