I had a tire rotation, I did not realize until I got home that they cracked my back driver side hubcap and warped the front driver side hubcap too. I asked if they could check why my car is sputtering when I Accelerate and he told me that would have To be a separate appointment. I work full time long hours. I don’t see why I have to make a separate appointment when I have my car there. I know it only take a second to run diagnostics. Anyway this was the first time I have been disappointed. Usually you all take good care of me.

I brought my truck in 2 weeks ago to have the keys changed because the locks where not opening with the key fob. Only occasionally. This fix cost me $344 dollars. I didn’t have time to bring it back immediately, because I work graveyards and last weekend was packed(1st week of school, I have a daughter & 2 nieces) I bring it back today because the driver door lock is still not opening and was not opening when I picked it up after the keys were made. The only reason I didn’t ask to have it fixed right then was because, they pointed out that there was a battery residue issue, the service department wanted to charge me $40 to clean it, I cleaned it myself with battery cleaner and a rag in 5 minutes. I’ve had my truck serviced with this service department well over 15 times (bought brand new Michelin tires) and not once has the service department mentioned a issue with the driver door lock. And just to put things into perspective they’ll always try to charge me $20 plus to change the cabin air filter, I’ll change it for $5. So to say the least that’s how thorough the service department is in caring for the truck. With that being said I find it hard to believe that they would miss something as simple as the “driver door lock” not working during all of my previous visits & thorough inspections, and all of a sudden after I pay $344 for 2 new keys and a fob the driver door lock doesn’t open with the new key fob. I’m not happy with the service and if they can show me documentation in any inspection previously to the keys being made that the driver door lock wasn’t working I’ll understand. But if they can’t all I’m asking is that that lock open when I use the key fob that I just paid $344 for. This was a non issue until the new keys & fob were made.
