The service part was great. And Gabriel you were great too. My issue was with the guy that brought me my car. I watched as he got in my car which wasn’t far from where I was standing. I couldn’t figure out what he was doing sitting in my car. At first I thought he was texting until I got into my car. He adjusted my seat, changed my radio station, moved my AC vents, moved my rear view mirror up, adjusted my seat up, down and too far forward, and tilted the seat back like someone was going to take a nap. I think all of that was uncalled for. He was short like me. So the only thing I think that he might move maybe was the seat closer, but I had it pulled pretty far forward. The air was on and all the windows were open. This was the first time anything like this has happened. I had to adjust everything back before leaving the parking lot, which I feel was uncalled for.

Seems like you’re a 2nd class customer if you buy a service package and no longer get a car wash. Also, pet peeve, don’t move my seats. It’s not like you’re needing to drive it very far to be comfortable.
