I was satisfied with the overall service. However, my appointment was at 9:30. For a service. I had to wait 4 hours for the work to be completed. I feel that this was an excessive amount of time to complete this service. I believe that my car was not worked on until much later.

They replace the cabin filter. Thank god because last time I asked him to do it and he said we only do it at 10,000. At least they did it at 10,000 because those cabin filters need to be replaced often.
