I made an appointment so that I could expect a reasonable amount of time without my car. The appointment took almost three hours for an oil change on a Prius! I would expect that on a walk-in during the weekend but not an appointment on a Tuesday. The customer’s time consistently isn’t being respected as this is becoming a regular occurrence. I should not have to take off half a day of work to get an oil change!

I always ask my service advisor to check my maintenance record to see if I’m due for an oil change or just a tire rotation. During my last service appointment I discovered that I had received to back to back oil changes.

Scheduled an appointment, was told 1.5 hour wait time (even thought all my previous oil changes took no longer than 1 hour). Then, at around 1.5 hours, I called to see if car was finished and was told I would receive a call back, never received. Then had to go look for tech, and he finally told me that there was some issues that needed to be resolved in my car, which he could've called me about but instead I had to wait an additional 20 minutes until completed. Overall, almost a 2 hour wait for a normal servicing appointment. I will no longer be coming back to Roseville Toyota as the prices were too high and servicing takes too long every time.
