Waiting 2 hours for an oil change, then another 20 minutes to retrieve the truck. It was a horrible experience. I won’t be back. My team of reviewers are busy constructing 100+ negative reviews. I am very upset.

Kyle Lyman was fantastic! He told me everything that was happen with my vehicle before & at the end of service. I was not happy with the valet. I sat there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. I had to ask if I could walk out to the parking lot to get my car. He helped me after that.

No one was wearing a mask. Drove my car without a mask on.There are signs posted that masks will be enforced on the door. I didn’t feel safe with the new variant. The drivers left literal trash in my car. I will never be coming back and my service needs will be taken care of elsewhere.
