EVERY SINGLE time I come in I make sure to ask for a car wash and never do I receive one. Ridiculous considering I’m paying the higher price for the name (Toyota). Considering I paid for my regular services PLUS bought tires and waited three fulls hours, I thought for sure you guys would at least wash my car as a courtesy. Also, it was written on my appointment stating I would like my car washed and that they always forget.
I will not be returning to this location for that simple fact.

Experience was great.
But pricing is almost half the price of my car tho. Original quote on the phone was $299 for brake replacement. I was hoping to spend less thank $600 (2X quote). Cost me $800 at the end. Not sure how competitive the pricing is. Wish there’s a list of dealerships to compare to. Thinking about calling around to check on pricing with local dealerships to see if it’s $800.
Looks like there was some miscommunications. I was quoted 793 out the door., when I showed up to pay, it was $890. Had to correct the advisor(this is not the original adviser who quoted the price). Any that’s my 2 cents. Thanks for reading this far. -LL
