When I checked my car in at 7am , I was promised it would be ready by 1pm . I did not receive a text that my car was completed or a phone call . When I called at 3:30 to ask if my car was done , I was told no when asked why it was not complete after being told it would he I was forwarded to voicemail with no response . I still decided to go to the dealership only to find out my car in fact had been ready for hours! The windows on my car were left down and my dash board had ash all over it , as well as black finger prints all over the hood. This was my second time going to Roseville Toyota for a standard oil change , and both times I had disappointing experiences.

Chris and his colleague that shared the office area were fine - professional and helpful. I appreciate the easy to schedule appointment at short notice, the fast service, and the amazing facility at the Roseville Toyota. However, I’d think twice about going there again because of the overall complete lack of Covid awareness. Chris and his colleague wore masks but almost no one else did (employees and guests). I’m a nurse and the Roseville hospitals are so over full with Covid patients that regular patients are waiting for beds or having to be transferred out of area for treatment. There is no excuse for the utter disregard of customer safety as what I witnessed at the dealership today. It started with the staff that greeted me out front and then again in the service area. No masking and no regard for social distance.

Alexander was very good and professional in communicating with us every step of the way. He and the technician(Art-I think is his name) did a fabulous job in fixing the car. They really went above and beyond and we really commend them for a great experience with Toyota service. I am very grateful to them and now I have my car home and ready to enjoy.
