Overall everything was good… the only negative thing really was it took all day to complete… we dropped off our RAV4. At 8:30am. for a basic service check & fuel pump recall… which should only have taken 3-4 hours to complete… but it wasn’t done until 5:30pm..

I booked the appointment for a check engine light - we had a machine tead that it was a “fuel rail pressure sensor “ . When I got there I was told about a recall. I was told as I was paying that the recall was for a fuel pump and likely caused the warning light. I am confused to why we were still charged a fee for checking the car. I
