The first guy completely glazed over the fact that I paid $400 for Toyota service care then proceeds to tell me I don’t get more oil changes because the $400 only covers 2 oil changes and 2 tire rotations. The advisor failed to go over all of the services performed and didn’t explain how he was miraculously able to lower the bill from what was initially quoted. Bad service. Not what I expect from the SULLIVAN mogul’s company.
