Brought car in for its due servicing and was advised would be $231 which included hybrid serving and things that should be done at 20 K ( had 17 -K) I thought I had bought extended service , so came back a few minutes later, and advised rep, who confirmed and quickly called to service to not due the hybrid service and not pull some of what ordered, advised me that would not be needed after having advised to have it done ( up charging) . Was not charged, and did repair slow leak on tire I had requested, but not happy with recommending and intending to service unnecessary .
