Great service! Only odd thing I noticed was that I never received a service completed text. It was when I stepped outside to see how the service was going is when I noticed that my car was already parked and ready to be taken off the lot. Even the technician said goodbye and thank you before I even had the keys.

Service advisor was non-responsive to messages on car status. Car appointment was at 7am and was told all maintenance work including safety recalls to be completed by 1030am-11am. I was awaiting service at your dealership lobby area. After no response from service advisor, I spoke to another advisor around 1pm and was informed that work may be completed by 230pm. Work completed by 3pm except for the second recall item since your facilities internet was not operational. I have rescheduled another appointment to resolve outstanding recall item. I waited over 8 hours at your facility.

This is the 2nd time Denise Lopez was my service provider. Both times it took me walking up to the desk area, after a 3 hour wait, to check on the progress of my car service only to find she had no clue and had to walk out to talk to the tech. they were waiting on a response from me for ‘additional recommended service- none of which had been communicated to me. The first appt, it took Denise another half hour to text me the ‘additional services report’. This time she verbally communicated what was needed. Another 20 minutes later my car was ready.
For future visits I will make a point of requesting a service rep who knows how to do the job and not just socialize with co-workers.
Does she need more training on computers? Given the number of other customers being processed way before me leads me to believe the delay lies with Denise”s lack of performance.
